132 people registered for the event, on the basis of which separate tables were set up for the most popular countries, where the participants could also have a targeted discussion. A special information desk was set up by the International Services Department, where the outgoing students could get answers to all their administrative and relevant questions.

In the second part of the event, the students went to the 8 tables set up for each country, where they could meet those who are preparing for mobility to the country represented by the table and those who have already been there.

They talked about how to find accommodation, how much the scholarship would cover, whether it would cover the costs of living abroad, and how many people speak English in the country. Many participants also visited the information desk, where they were given information about the application process.
